Shipping policy
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Special or large orders may take longer, but this can be discussed at that time.
Once the parcel leaves my facility, I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
All parcels are trackable and carry up to $100 worth of insurance.
Orders cannot be refunded if the buyer provides a wrong mailing address and the package has already been shipped.
If an incorrectly addressed package is returned to me, I will redirect it to the correct address; however, any additional charges that may be incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer will be notified when the package is ready to be redirected and will have 30 days to pay the additional charges.
The package will not be redirected until the additional charges are paid in full.

GIFT ORDERS
